Upgraded to Tomcat November release #674

Upgrade includes

  • Tomcat 8.5.96 from 8.5 line
  • Tomcat 9.0.83 from 9.0 line
  • Tomcat 10.1.16 from 10.1 line (will be new default version)
  • Tomcat 11.0.0-M14 as latest from 11 line (this is the latest alpha release)

Tomcat 11.0.0-M12 dropped because it's only an alpha release and superseded by M14.

Cleaned up old and obsolete versions from migration history.

Upgrade includes
- Tomcat 8.5.96 from 8.5 line
- Tomcat 9.0.83 from 9.0 line
- Tomcat 10.1.16 from 10.1 line (will be new default version)
- Tomcat 11.0.0-M14 as latest from 11 line (this is the latest alpha release)

Tomcat 11.0.0-M12 dropped because it's only an alpha release and superseded by M14.

Added a new upgrade that includes

Tomcat 8.5.98 from 8.5 line
Tomcat 9.0.85 from 9.0 line
Tomcat 10.1.18 from 10.1 line (will be new default version)
Tomcat 11.0.0-M16 as latest from 11 line (this is the latest alpha release)

Tomcat 11.0.0-M14 dropped because it's only an alpha release and superseded by M16.
