add bumper function #73

If bumper switch is pushed, the protective stopped will be enabled,
and following warning is displayed.
protective_stopped

To release it, please do one of the following

  • push start switch (green LED button)
  • call "/reset_robot_status" service as bellow
    rosservice call /reset_robot_status true
