2. Apply CSS to give the header, footer, body and navigation the correct background colors.
3. Apply CSS to make all of the elements of the page line up approximately with the design in the homepage mockup.
4. Style text elements (links, headers, etc.) to match the homepage mockup.
5. Apply CSS 3 styling for rounded corners, etc. to wrap up the homepage implementation.
