Windows: Unzip the folder, run the installer for which version you want. "semimak" is the standard version and "semimak-a" is the angle modded version.
Windows EPKL: Download the EPKL program, which has the layout included. Thank you to DreymaR for implementing it!
MacOS: Double click the dmg and follow the instructions. Thanks to RNDAF / strongly-typed!
Linux: Move the semimak file to /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/. Then you can run setxkbmap semimak for the standard version, optionally adding -variant angle for the angle modded version.
