Double newsletter subscriber thank you emails

Bug description
Magento 1 sends out their own newsletter subscriber thank you email, even if Smaily automation has been created and activated, to send out newsletter subscriber thank you email.

Steps for reproducing

1. Go to https://magento1.smaily.dev
2. Subscribe to newsletter
3. Check email to see double notifications

Expected behavior
If subscriber welcome/goodbye emails are enabled in the admin settings, then Magento's own subscriber welcome email should be disabled at that moment, so that only Smaily automation will be sent out to subscriber.

Actual behavior
When subscriber subscribes to newsletter, they will receive Magento's own newsletter subscriber thank you email and a minute later also Smaily newsletter subscriber thank you email.
