A directory under `$SERVICE_BINDING_ROOT` that does not have a `type` entry is not a complete binding and should be ignored. Even when that directly is created as a direct result of a ServiceBinding resource. Signed-off-by: Scott Andrews <andrewssc@vmware.com>
