I used #2691 as a base, and modified the CI yaml to skip running the tests, as previously suggested at #2691 (comment) In the near future we might be able to build on arm windows CI runners directly as per https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/19197#discussioncomment-11946571 |
Tests and other steps that execute the binary are skipped, because the project is built on an x86_64 Windows host machine and thus can't run arm64 instructions. Fixes: sharkdp#2644
