IVDXAContext interface

IVDXAContext:: GetTextureDesc

Retrieves allocation parameters of a texture.

void GetTextureDesc(uint32 handle, VDXATextureDesc& desc);

Parameters

handle Handle to texture to query; must be valid (non-zero). This may either be a plain texture or a renderable texture.
desc Structure object to receive a description of the texture.

Thread safety

This method is not thread-safe.

Remarks

This method is primarily useful in computing custom UV mappings with source frame textures, since the UVs used for sampling must match the physical texture and not the logical parameters used to allocate it.
