New features:
- Microsoft Azure as origin. Just set up credentials in ENV and use az in url (instead of loc or rem)
- Ability to set cache destination path with X-Cache-Destination HTTP header (instead of generating it)
- Removed image type check from url
- The -v flag to check imgwizard version

Changes:
- URL regex now supports image sources without .<type>
- Cache path now includes remote storage domain.
