Apps: Add unique Clipman fullcolor icon

Give Clipman a unique app icon instead of a symlink to `edit-paste`, which could be confused with actions like Thunar file copying. This one is also a little closer to the official Clipman app icon. Fixes issue where symbolic and non-symbolic systray icons didn't match.
