Overlay customisation settings and UI scaling parameter for recorder width adjustment

The engine now supports the following formats of EVE configuration:

• medium font, UI scaling: 100% 110%, 125%, 150%, 175%
• large font, UI scaling: 100%, 110%

UI scaling parameter in recorder adjusts capturing window width, it's not hinting to the engine in any way.

On overlay right-click menu has a new item: Customisation settings, which allows font family, font size, spacing, and background color configuration changes to adjust for personal preference.

Overlay initial release

• Overlay initial release, allows some information to be shown on the overlay. Works only in windowed and fixed window mode.
• Additional shortcut to toggle overlay.

Refactoring and new features

Changelog:

• QoL improvement: Allow saving presets of X, Y, H capture control boxes for easy switching between different setups (solo, multi-boxing, and etc). To delete preset use CTRL+LMB in the toolbar menu item.
• QoL improvement: Introducing manual abyss type override. Allows setting ship type/weather/tier of run effectively removing the need to record loot right after filament activation. (if override is not enabled, works as before)
• Refactoring: menu introduced, old settings moved to their own Settings dialog. About dialog introduced to show recorder version and some links.
• Abyss file format introduced new fields to support the manual override of abyss type. Also, the abyss file now will have the recorder version string too.
• New notification: every 3 minutes if you haven't recorded weather strength recorder will nudge you with notification as a reminder.

Character linking and auto-upload of recordings

• Allows linking character to the recorder.

• Adds checkbox for auto-uploading recordings (to active character).

• If you need to unlink character, hold CTRL while clicking character in switch menu.

• Includes 3 new configurable hotkeys for recording the strength of the weather effect.
• Setting to edit default loot record discriminator. Allows using any other item (default Quafe) as a ship discriminator when recording loot.
