feat: improve error handling

Description

Improved error handling to display proper error page on API errors.

• fixed error display, works on SSR mode, on CSR there is issue in Nuxt repo: createError is crashing app on CSR navigation nuxt/nuxt#30706
• bumped nuxt version to make sure errors are not working in the newest version as well
• updated breadcrumbs schema and regenerated schemas
