Added application options and sample broker configuration files
lazmqttc-0-5-0.tar.gz contains an x86_64-linux executable tested in Linux Mint 20.1
lazmqttc-0-5-0.zip contains an x86_64-win64 executable tested in Windows 10
These archives now contain the languages directory.
The .zip archive also contains the mosquitto dll's.
