These changes

  • move functions out of db.inc.php, move config to file not present in repo, add template
  • add user-agent in requests (API guideline asks to do so)
  • optimises change detection requests
    • pull multiple changesets at once to avoid rate limiting errors
    • more robust changeset parsing
  • adds a docker-compose setup
  • adds a hours_to_import_if_no_previous_state variable to fetch the updates we missed on the upstream website
