FVTool 1.0

This is the first release of the software after some clean up of the code and examples. I made sure that all the examples work now and removed most of the unused code and did lots of clean up. Please see the example folder or the html documents to get started.

FVMtool 0.11

This is the first release of the software. There are going to be some changes in version v0.20 which are not fully backward compatible.
