0.23.0-RC6 tagging google photos incorrectly

Got 2 things going on here:

1. immich-go is tagging the photos when the docs say default False
2. The tag seems to be cropped short

Immich-Go details:
OS: Windows 11
Version: immich-go v0.23.0-RC6
Command: .\immich-go --server=https://REDACTED --api-key=REDACTED upload from-google-photos --manage-burst=Stack --manage-raw-jpeg=StackCoverJPG --manage-heic-jpeg=StackCoverJPG --ban-file="Locked Folder" ./takeout-*.zip

Immich details:
Version: v1.124.0

Hosting: Docker-compose on ubuntu behind nginx

Expectation:

1. Tag isn't applied if not specified (Or docs updated to say TRUE):
   
2. Tag isn't cropped at takeo

it looks like if the name of the takeout is taken from the command line parameter rather than the actual zip name.
