Description of Changes:
Added Localization for Russian:
The ztnet project now includes Russian language support. All major interface elements and messages have been translated into Russian.
Updated Language Files:
Necessary localization files have been added, and existing ones have been updated to support the Russian language.
Approximately 90% of the Interface Translated:
The majority of the user interface is now available in Russian. However, about 10% of the strings remain untranslated.
Note to Developers:
Please review the source code for any hard-coded strings. The remaining untranslated interface elements are due to hard-coded strings, which hinder localization efforts. Eliminating hard-coded strings will enable complete translation of the interface into Russian and enhance the project's multilingual support.
