Firefox supports `details` since version 49, and Edge is not supported by modern-normalize.
Support for the `summary` element with `display: list-item` was added to Firefox in version 49.

Support for the
detailselement was added in Firefox 49, along withdisplay: list-itemfor thesummaryelement. Edge does not implementdetailsyet, but since Edge is not supported by modern-normalize I've removed the rule entirely.
