反链面板中支持 Ctrl+悬浮 块标打开浮窗

去掉面包屑以后，可以 Ctrl+点击 块标打开文档，但是没有办法直接打开浮窗

  1. 支持 Ctrl+悬浮 块标打开浮窗
  2. 块标菜单中增加一个 打开浮窗 的选项

是这个块标：

我也遇到这个场景了：想查看上下文，但又不想跳转到新页签，会用到这个浮窗。

就是一样的效果，鼠标悬浮能打开浮窗。

触发方式跟这里保持一致：

反链面板可编辑，可别弄成到时候正文的块标也触发了哈哈
