This is weird... Extract the attached ZIP.

sk --delimiter : --ansi -i -c 'rg --color=always --line-number "{}"' --preview 'skim_preview {}' --cmd-query html

Produces a nice and working preview, for a while, go way up to match 83, jquery.min.js then it dies and does not work anymore

More weird:

sk --delimiter : --ansi -i -c 'rg --color=always --line-number "{}"' --preview 'skim_preview {}' --cmd-query Parag

does not work at all, no preview.
