Describe the bug
Currently, the apps in visor details > applications only show two states, running (1) and stopped (0). We need to add one more state to it that is connecting/starting (2). While an app is in connecting/starting (2) state the UI shows it as stopped.

EDIT: the status order is:

	AppStatusStopped 0
	AppStatusRunning 1
	AppStatusErrored 2
	AppStatusStarting 3 (starting, connecting, reconnecting)
