Did you run make format && make check? Yes

Fixes #_

Changes:

  • add skywire-cli skysocksc command to moderate skysocks-client app

How to test this PR:

  • make build
  • run skysocks client by skywire-cli skysocks command. if server key added to config file before, trying to connect, else return error. To pass new skysocks server key, use --pk flag.
    Example: skywire-cli skysocksc start --pk 03f834eba562ae445aef6103b28ec75840728759eabfa6342260d6d121c932675b
