I have create a simple dialog that shows system and program details as well as the stack trace.
Also a link for creating an issue here at Github is integrated.
To test the dialog in the dev version the about menu shows a new action for generating a sample exception that is displayed using the new dialog.
The code is currently not very clean, and the dialog may need some minor improvements regarding placement of UI elements, therefore I create this as draft PR.
