Standardize fetchInstallation to use installQuery as argument

Summary

Currently, fetchInstallation uses InstallQuery as an argument, which suggests a class is being passed.

This PR aligns all instances to use installQuery instead of InstallQuery, aligning with corresponding changes to the Node SDK.
