Add Horizontal Scrollbar to TOC #1785

Many of our TOC entries have long names that extend beyond the border of the TOC block. It would be great to have a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom that allows users to see the entire name of a section before clicking. I have inserted a scrollbar, but it does not scroll very far to thr right. (see attached screenshot)
Any ideas on how to do this? Thanks! |

I found a solution. Set overflow-x to visible under .toc-wrapper and under .toc-link in screen.css. |
