We need to remove HHVM support. We can do this in a different PR though. |

Allows package consumers to install Twig 3. Also replaces a call to an
@internalTwig method which has different arguments in Twig 3 with a public method. All tests pass with Twig 1.42.4, 2.12.2 and 3.0.0 (the latest versions permitted by the Composer constraints).Closes #156
