This PR patches the meeting intro to show destroyed bodies (eg altruist or janitor clean) to show as dead in the intro of the next meeting

im unsure how to fix this for the latest version of among us, as the parameters for MeetingIntroAnimation.CoRun were removed, I don't have the assembly-csharp dll for the latest version so i can't find out
