Statically linked and generically tuned aria2c binary file.

Modified to accept max connections of 128 instead of the default 16.

Place this binary file wherever you want to as long as you are able to call it easily like in the folder /usr/local/bin/.

aria2c-windows-installer

This gives you a quick way to set up all the essential scripts required to execute and run aria2c on Windows using Chrome's Browser.
