  1. Upgrade go.step.sm/crypto 

    This commit upgrades go.step.sm/crypto. The new version upgrades the AWS
SDK to v2 which allows using a credential_process in ~/.aws/config.

It also sets the kty to RSA if the flag --pss is passed.
