currently externpro includes pre-built MSW-only glew 1.7.0

until we're ready to move the MSW version forward (see separate issue to "update the glew version" #18) it would be great to build at least version 1.13.0 on linux

see comments regarding MDP needs #18 (comment) -- also SustainedClients/TerraView2 with executables BlackJack/Slingshot are doing work to port to Linux https://isrhub.usurf.usu.edu/rhughes/TerraView2/pull/18#pullrequestreview-21965

fix glew XP_PRO_GLEW_<VERSION> cmake options

* INTERNAL when XP_DEFAULT, BOOL otherwise
* so these options don't always show up in ccmake - behave like other options of this type
