RouteTracker API v0.0.1-SNAPSHOT

Changes to the source and compatibility in future alpha versions will be extremely volatile. This will probably be true for a while until the feature-set (and it's implementation) has stabilized. The only thing unlikely to change much is the format of the data provided at each RouteTracker endpoint as that is tied heavily to the CTA APIs.

In this pre-release version, Spring Security is active but only with the default passwords it generates when the embedded server is started. It's easy enough to grab it from the command line output on startup.
