Tasks that are required to implement a high quality Dynamo DB client. This should be a client we can feel proud of that we can hand to internal and external customers for feedback.

This client must:

1. Support retries
2. Be reasonably ergonomic to use
3. Be testable when used in end-user code
4. Support mandatory customizations such as CRC32 checksum validation
5. Support a functional level of service configuration options (timeouts, etc.)
6. Be tested & used "in anger", eg. used as a replacement for the Dynamo Client in DyneIn
