setUpTests()for XML codegen tests to reuse one implementation instead of redeclaring same function over a dozen times*Re: codegen flow for codegen tests; left most unchanged because each test tests for specific portion of codegen, and required setup varies depending on the test. Still did refactor out
setUpTests()function for XML codegen tests bc those are exact duplicates.Scope
