Add the keys in the configuration file for each application session. The value must receive a list of objects:

detect_extensions = []
detect_files = []
detect_folders = []

For example:

detect_extensions = [".pyc"] (Extensions must have a dot)
detect_files = ["requirements.txt", "tox.ini"]
detect_folders = [".mypy_cache"]
