An update on django-auth-adfs

Hi!

The creator of this awesome package, @jobec, unfortunately has no time to keep maintaining this repository. He has asked whether the snok organization can keep maintaining it, and we gladly accepted.

As for the future of this package, me and the members of snok will focus on a few things first:

• Make sure PRs are finalized and merged (Solved)
• Fix Azure documentation (Solved in Update django azure ad config guide #126)
• Close stale issues (Solved)
• Implement GitHub actions for PyPI releases (Fixed in PR Implements workflow to push to PyPI #125)
• And with time, look into replacing Travis with GitHub actions. (Fix pipelines and remove tox #127, solved by Removes travis and updates supported Django versions #131 )
