CWV fails on newer snowplow installs due to hard coded context fields #235

Describe the bug

New users only have the 1_0_1 version of yauaa, so the package fails as it can't find the 1_0_0 column. To fix this we need to change the hard coding of the context fields in the CWV this run table e.g.
