Description

Cleans up the file organization of the Commands script folder of the source.

Important Notes

  • Only the main Fungus folder has any changes
    • The FungusExamples and Test folders are untouched

All for it, but leave it till 3.14 is about to release to make these changes. As it'll make all in progress branches harder to diff.
