1.9 - Version scheme

This is a maintenance release targeted to bump the versioning scheme, from 0.X versions to 1.X.
Also, it fixes the version string to reference the original Kitebird version.

Lenght wrap

• Adding wrap type to limit lines by length, sentence or not to limit.
  Length:

  normalize = yes
  wrap-length = 80
  wrap-type = length

Sentence:

  normalize = yes
  wrap-type = sentence

None:

  normalize = yes
  wrap-type = none

• Added basic testing infra.

Default ruby docker script.
