Task

PW-1272: Fix circulating supply for VAL & PSWAP on prod env.

Changes

  1. Made calculations for the approximate estimation of the difference between circulating & total supply for VAL & PSWAP between mof node and blockchain queries
  2. Added constants for the difference between circulating & total supply for VAL & PSWAP (mainnet only)
  3. Fixed circulating supply for VAL & PSWAP on prod env
