• fix sourcemap don't work, [Roadhog 2] devtool选项不能正确生成source map #554, Sourcemap don't work perfectly, jsx transform is not restored umijs/umi#43
• process.env.NO_COMPRESS work for service-worker.js too
• fix typo, opts.serviceworker 大小写，serviceWorker 配置大小写错误,问题应该在af-webpack模块 #594
• force reload when process.env.RELOAD is set
• deprecate DISABLE_ESLINT, DISABLE_TSLINT, prefer ESLINT=none, TSLINT=none
• don't minify CSS when process.env.CSS_COMPRESS=none is truthy

test

• use identity-obj-proxy for css/less files
• improve test with ts
