This includes the cleaned MUPS valve temperature computed MSIDs.
Comps have a generalized MSID match regex to allow a comp that has arguments from the regex. Also check for comps dynamically instead of using pre-computed content hacks. This also removes issues with import order.

Description
This adds new functionality to allow for on-the-fly computed MSIDs.
It also adds new built-in computed MSIDs for MUPS valve temperatures.
