sourmash_plugin_betterplot contains not just pairwise_to_matrix (ref #198) but also has a cluster-parsing script clusters_to_categories as of sourmash-bio/sourmash_plugin_betterplot#35.

this could be usefully mentioned in the documentation ...somewhere.
