DOC: Remove outdated data model Cubeviz example

Description

This pull request is to remove an outdated example that gave Brian York pain. Data model package has since been separated out and now a dependency, so user should just load from file.

I don't think we should completely remove it. It would be better to fix it in case a user is modifying the datamodel and wants to load that into cubeviz without having to write to file and load that.
