switch test_input_to_output in test_exposure_pipeline.py to use run

#1525 introduced a use of the now deprecated Pipeline.__call__. This PR switches that use to Pipeline.run.

Regtests (to check for other __call__ usage): https://github.com/spacetelescope/RegressionTests/actions/runs/12435096676/job/34720235255
all pass and show no warnings about deprecated __call__ usage.
