FCC module, 2 layer, add camera

Many changes. Here are the big ones:

• Migrate to Artemis FCC module
• Change to 2-layer board (yay! easier fab!)
• Change to PDM mics
• Re-route camera connector to work with external 3V camera.
• Add auto-reset circuit. Remove extra boot button.
• Change diodes for higher Vbatt operation (lower diode drop)
• Remove external resistors from Qwiic connector (use internal 1.5k's)
• Change distance between mics to be 2cm (Ambiq request)
