Use $PROJECT_DIR per guidance from Running custom scripts during a build

Misc Checklist

Testing

I tested and verified my change by using one or multiple of these methods:

  • Sparkle Test App
  • Unit Tests
  • My own app
  • Other (please specify)

Tested make release and Distribution target still works and building Sparkle/Sparkle Test App still works.

macOS version tested: 14.1.2 (23B92)
