These changes ensure that foreign keys are correctly defined for database relationships in the role_has_permissions table, using UUIDs as the reference key, and improve the package's documentation.
These changes were missed in the uuid documentation.

@erikn69 I'm gonna merge this ... cuz it's right.
After reviewing this PR and the rest of the doc again, I'm pretty sure we've covered everything else correctly. Hollar if there's still something missing.
