Motivation:
Improved semantics to aid the acceptance of Speckle in privacy/security interested organisations and individuals.
Changes:
Change the text for ToggleSwitch when IsChecked is true to "Link Shareable"
Change the text for ToggleSwitch when IsChecked is false to "Private"
increased padding between control and label text
