corrected the gamedir volume mounts in README.md and docker-compose.yml
added clarifications what the ports are used for inside the compose.yml for redundancy and deployment comfort.

Now the volume mounts where docker/entrypoint.sh expects
to find it, namely /tmp/gamedir.
