Add the option to "Mark all mentions as read"

This changeset introduces the ability to mark all mentions for a user as read:

• Unread and snoozed mentions are marked as read.
• Pinned mentions remain pinned.
• Ignored mentions, which are not displayed on the Mentions page, are not marked as read.

Marking all mentions as read does not open any links, unlike reading individual mentions directly.

The design of the Mentions page is updated to include a new menu with the following options:

• Mark all mentions as read.
• Navigate to the Settings page.
• Exit the application.
